SHIPPING POLICY
VINT.ARCH is committed to delivering your orders safely and as quickly as possible.
Shipping Zones We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and the rest of the European Union. We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or outside the EU.
Delivery Times
- Mainland Spain: 3–5 business days
- Balearic Islands and rest of the EU: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (public holidays, strikes, weather conditions, etc.). VINT.ARCH is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the order and will be displayed at checkout.
Return Shipping In the event of a return, VINT.ARCH covers the cost of return shipping. A prepaid return label will be provided once your return request has been approved.
